Continental Edison PA 9907 Silver amplifier, Original in this version with black buttons.
In excellent general condition this amp was cleaned and checked, the contactors and knobs processed.
Clean front façade. The buttons show some traces of use.
This amp is very well built: Centralized control of the power supplies of the other elements at the rear, fuses easily accessible by removing a simple hood.
The internal design is very well done, the amplification part being mounted on plug-in cards.
The power part is oversized, and the 4 TESLA transistors will probably never heat up.
It is a French-designed amp specifically built for Thomson (Brandt, Pathé marconi...) by Unitra in Poland. Unitra has produced beautiful devices under the brand name HifiVox for example.
